This is one of the first true "adult" books that I have read and it was quite difficult for me to get through. It wasn't a matter of the story that made it hard because the story is absolutely amazing and this book should be made required reading for high schoolers, but it was more the pace of the book. I was so used to the fast pace of teen-lit that when I picked up this book I got bored having to read it, but I pushed through and finished and I am glad I did because it is amazing.
I just bought this book and it arrived in the mail today so I can't wait to reread it after I finish my current reading of Snow White Blood Red, which I already know is going to be amazing! :)
But now on to my current reading. So as you can see from above I am reading Snow White Blood Red, which is a collection of stories by different authors but all of them are re-tellings of fairy tales. So lately I have been obsessed with fairy tales and was reading some of the Grimm ones since I now own the fancy leather bound version of their tales, and let me tell you... fairy tales are not at all like the Disney version.
I would defintely recommend this book, but it is quite graphic and it is an adult book so if you aren't really into that sort of thing then don't read it but if you don't mind a bit of sexy time then go ahead ( I might even let you borrow my copy :D)

Here is the low down...
Hello readers...
So here is the skinny. I have finished the first Harry Potter, but don't get too excited. Yes it was amazing, and yes I most likely will read it again but... I have decided that since I hardly have time to read due to the amount of reading I have to do for my classes that I will stop the Harry Potter series for a while and pick it back up again ASAP! So for all you Potter fans who were excited for my input on the series, I am sorry. But this decision was the best I could make for myself. So at the moment I'm not really reading anything :( but due to the fact that Christmas is on Sunday and the majority of my list was books I will definitely have some awesome reading going on over break that I will be super excited to share with you guys!! So that's all I have to say, I'm going to go get ready for school and watch American Horror Story.

Time for another blog...
Hello everyone... and how are you today? So this blog probably won't be too interesting since I haven't really had time to read Harry Potter since all my reading has been devoted to Catcher In The Rye. Now don't get me wrong, it is one of the best books that I have ever had to read for English, the problem is between that and other school stuff, and living my life there just aren't enough ours in the day for me to have a little bonding session with Harry. So alas I don't have much to say... I'm still working on FINALLY getting through all the Potter books even though I have had to take a slight break for English class, but next week the blog post will be way better because I will have finished Catcher and be able to have my little Harry Potter sessions whenever I want to (or can considering I don't really stay home very much anymore...)
So until next week,

Time For Change...
So last time I posted I had just finished a book, and had yet to decide what to read next. Well in the week since I have made my decision and here it is.... Harry Potter!
Now I know what you are most likely thinking... you are kind of late on the whole Harry Potter thing.... And yes I realize. See here is the deal with me and Harry,
I have had the first 3 books since I was like 5, but I never got into them because I would start the book and be like this is dumb and then I just never read them. But last year I decided you know what, there has to be a reason why everyone likes these books so I'm going to give them a try and now I am hooked.
I read up to the 5th book over the summer, but then I got bored with it for a while because nothing was happening so I just stopped, but I am starting the series over and this time I'm going to finish it.
I am not very far yet in the Sorcerer's Stone, but it is already reminding me as to why I loved the books last year. I wish I had more time to read it but with all the stuff I have for school and then work I just don't but when winter break comes I will be plowing, and not through the snow. haha :)
Oh Harry Potter, if only I had given you a chance for greatness back in the day but now I have finally discovered it and I am content with myself.
Oh and by the way, just because I like Harry Potter now, does NOT mean I have given up on my first great love in the book series department... Twilight

This Could Be The Start Of Something New...
Hey guys, so I know, I know it's been a while, but cut me some slack, it was Thanksgiving. So a lot has happened since I last posted (most of which not really related to books so that's something that you would have to ask personally), but still some things related with books. So last time I posted I was reading Will Grayson, Will Grayson. I have since finished that book and all I can say is AH- MAZE- ING!!! There are only a few books that I truly love so much that I would read them again and I am pretty freaking sure that this is one of them. Such a cute story and such awesome authors. I knew John Green was awesome because I have heard reviews of his other books on YouTube, but David Levithan was completely new to me. And yet he still blew me away. These two should start there own little series together filled with books like this because let me tell you I would read them like a thousand times! I don't want to give anything away so just read it! If you haven't read it, then what the heck-ski are you waiting for? And yeah Emily I'm talking to you! This is just one of those books that you have to tell everyone about once you are done with it and once you read it I'm sure you will feel the same.

Will Grayson... Will Grayson...

Initially this book was slightly confusing, I mean TWO characters with the SAME name in ONE book? It's pure insanity! Having the Will Grayson's switching off each chapter along with the author also makes this a bit confusing for my brain, but now that I am farther in it makes way more sense.
So basically I am in love with this book and would totally recommend it, but only if you don't mind naughty time because this book is full of it... gay naughty time specifically.

Come One Come All!!
Hello everyone. And welcome to my new reading blog. *hold for applause*
So this blog will basically just me talking about the amazing, well mostly amazing, books that I read and if you are reading this then you must be in my English class... or a total creep.
There will always be blogs posted before midnight on Wednesday, but there will most likely be more blogs posted than just that. So I hope you love the blog, and in case you couldn't tell I have to major obsessions... reading and unicorns.
So... that's all I have to say right now.
Have a bishin day!
